Arabidze Architects is an author-driven architectural bureau operating from private residences to large scale residential and development projects.
We approach architecture as a system of relationships between space and human perception, form and environment, scale and experience. For us, a project is not an isolated object, but a spatial structure capable of organizing movement, light, silence, and behavior.
Every site contains an underlying logic. Our role is to reveal it and transform it into a clear architectural form. We do not impose architecture onto a place; we construct it from the internal laws of context landscape, density, rhythm, and future development potential.
Minimalism in our work is not a stylistic choice, but a method of concentration eliminating the accidental and intensifying the essential. Scale, proportion, and materiality are controlled as instruments of spatial precision.
Alongside architectural practice, the studio operates AD1369105 a research laboratory dedicated to the development of collectible architectural objects and structural design systems. The laboratory investigates the stabilization of force, compression of form, and material tension, translating architectural principles into reduced spatial artifacts.

ZURAB ARABIDZE
Founder / Principal Architect
Zurab Arabidze is an architect and artist, founder and principal architect of Arabidze Architects. His practice brings together architectural thinking, spatial discipline, and minimalism as a method of concentration. At the core of his work are structure, scale, light, void, and the relationships between form, environment, and human perception.
Alongside architecture, he maintains a contemporary art practice exploring themes of control, isolation, tension, time, and internal rupture. For him, architecture and art are not separate disciplines, but different ways of engaging with space, condition, and perception.
ZURA CHANUKVADZE
Interior Designer / Product Designer
Zura Chanukvadze is an interior and product designer working at the intersection of minimalism and natural materiality. His approach combines structural clarity with the raw expression of stone, metal, and wood.
In his practice, he develops the principle of “wild minimalism” a system in which the irregularity, texture, and inherent unpredictability of natural materials are preserved while being integrated into precise and functional compositions. For him, design emerges from the tension between natural disorder and architectural order.
LUKA ARABIDZE
Architect / Artist
Luka Arabidze is an architect and artist whose practice develops at the intersection of architecture and contemporary art. Having completed his architectural education in Tbilisi, he continues his studies at Politecnico di Milano while contributing to projects at Arabidze Architects.
His artistic practice focuses primarily on installation, exploring space as a medium of perception and interaction. Minimalism becomes a shared territory between architecture and art a means of reducing form to its spatial and conceptual essence.
TECHNICAL FRAMEWORK
Architecture, structure, and engineering are developed as a single integrated system. Technical decisions are not applied to a completed concept, but evolve with it from the beginning.
This integration allows architectural intent to remain precise across every stage and scale from spatial concept to construction and built form.
POSITION
We do not design isolated objects. We construct spatial conditions.

Research Laboratory
AD1369105 is the research division of Arabidze Architects.
It operates as a long term architectural laboratory dedicated to the stabilization of unstable forces in material form.
The program develops collectible architectural objects and structural design systems that investigate compression, tension, balance, and controlled displacement.
Each work isolates a specific spatial condition mass, verticality, transparency, displacement and subjects it to structural discipline. What appears dynamic becomes stabilized. What seems expressive becomes constructed.
Works are conceived as load bearing systems rather than symbolic forms. Steel, stone, glass, and light are treated as structural resistances. Construction is articulated, not concealed.
AD1369105 positions collectible design as compressed architecture reduced, disciplined, and materially resolved.
The Structural Code
