Arabidze Architects is an author-driven architectural bureau operating from private residences to large-scale residential and development projects.

AD1369105 is the research division of Arabidze Architects.
It operates as a long-term architectural laboratory dedicated to the stabilization of unstable forces in material form.
The program develops collectible architectural objects and structural design systems that investigate compression, tension, balance, and controlled displacement.
Each work isolates a specific spatial condition - mass, verticality, transparency, displacement - and subjects it to structural discipline. What appears dynamic becomes stabilized. What seems expressive becomes constructed.
Works are conceived as load - bearing systems rather than symbolic forms. Steel, stone, glass, and light are treated as structural resistances. Construction is articulated, not concealed.
